1.         Vista Link shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this site. If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered - please obtain professional instruction - please contact us and we will help you.

3.         Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. For peace of mind, products purchased from kitecity.com.au can be returned (at the buyers expense) for a full credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.

4.         Unauthorized or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Vista Link leisure product web site - kitecity.com.au is prohibited. If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.
